That's a good reply. Having been in the military for 9 years and having been to Kuwait multiple times I can attest to the fact that even if you're deployed there with the military it is very safe.. Your son should have most everything issued in the way of clothing, sunglasses (he'll get at least two pair of Oakleys or whatever is rated Z87 these days), boots, sunblock, insect repellant, etc.
